@8:00 Actually coding strand is a misnomer and that is the non sense strand. The Template strand is the sense strand. Very clearly mentioned in Class 12 NCERT.

@@facts6294 There are two DNA strands, during replication one is called coding and one is called non coding but the one called coding is not actually the one coding and the one called non coding is the one coding. But both coding and non coding are needed for coding the code that is DNA.
