    Professor of agriculture? Discussing health food 😮, but ok except paye , how you can eat paye with salad ? Without Nan ? Here use full wheat bread in place of Maida Nan , rest his suggestions are welcome, our food intake should be according to aur activity this is the main key

    I. Dr bushra karim iam diabetic following ur knowlidge able lecture it is wonderful my age is 60 plus wt is 76 kg height is 5ft and 5 i want a treatment as i am not awaie of any exercise i am not on walk as weather is cold i want retiring and and fond of sleeping i am in sukkur here is no any andcrinoligist to give us as me a docter gynacogist simple to say we r not awaired of my diet kind help me i shall be great ful to u for this kindness thanx

    Excellent lecture on Healthy Lifestyle! Very well explained and analyzed unhealthy-life-style: Cause and Effect, and a Solution! How certain changes take place, globally, and the familiar and traditional ways in which we operate are challenged! Our long-established way of living is argued and the use of certain traditional food is questioned! Dr Shahzad Basra rationalizes in his lecture that we have to face these global changes by bringing about changes within ourselves, a change in eating habits and lifestyle, the choice of healthy food and plenty of physical activities, to keep fit and healthy, mentally and physically.
