Journal beside the bed is smart. I call it “a brain dump”😊
Stopping the screen time is my big challenge. I know how helpful it is, and I know I don't need to keep scrolling, but I guess it's that little dopamine hit I have trouble resisting.
#4. Don't have an oncall job. Where I'm at I'm oncall every third week and some weeks are horrid. Trying to find a tech adjacent workplace where that's not a thing.

I have trouble sleeping if my tv isn't on low. I also keep waking up at 3-3:30 a.m 😟
