3 Things I Did To Avoid Regretting My 20s

Ahh, our 20s. Possibly the most exciting yet confusing time in our lives. I definitely struggled with depression, anxiety, and my mental health in my early 20s. I didn't know what I wanted to do, who I wanted to be, or where I wanted to go. I had so many questions and very few answers.
But today, I'm sharing all the lessons I ended up learning from my early 20s. Mindsets, habits, and practices that I feel have allowed me to move through the confusion of my early 20s, and lead an adventerous, interesting, and fun life.
Regret is an emotion we can redirect. Don't regret your 20s, or any time in your life for that matter. I hope you find these regret-less suggestions helpful, as they have certainly helped me have a better quality of life.
We're talking about - quitting vs sticking with things (particularly quitting careers), constant self-improvement vs embracing who you are, saving money vs spending money.

turning 24 this year & i feel beyond lost trying to find a career to get me out of the service industry but still support myself debated between welding, IT, or TEFLing & after watching this i think i’m just gonna try all of them :)

Sounds so much like me, I will never regret it. I've seen so much and experienced more than most people ever do in a lifetime, and now I have a pretty clear idea of what I want. What I want isn't at all what I thought before I tried, failed, and experienced as much as I could. Great video

Don’t strive for perfection because you’re never going to achieve it. You won’t see how good you’re doing if you focus on what you’re doing wrong.

i love the savings game idea. im super spontaneous but i feel so stuck, like i can’t be young and enjoy money because of school and saving to move out and get married. 😭 i just want to shed the requirements and enjoy my life.

It may seem small but it can feel super empowering (and fun) and will help you figure out what you can save with all the other commitments you have.
