Hi! My pageant is in September 2019... have any tips? I need a little coaching to prepare because this is only my second pageant ever!

I'm going to compete in the Miss Teen USA circuit this year. The state pageant is in late October. It's my first pageant and I would really love a coach/mentor 💖

what types of questions do they ask when you have your first interwiew before you even get picked to compete on stage?

Hi Gianna! It always depends on the system. MAO typically covers anything and everything from bio, political views, to current events. MUO usually focuses on your bio with some current events or politics. Mrs. America is all bio related. It just depends on the state and the system.

Hey Jordyn! One of the best things you can do for vocals is to choreograph some hand movements. I would search "miss america talent" to see some examples. Have you calculated your caloric intake? Resistance training is recommended but making sure you are getting the right amount of macros and calories are key. There are free online macro and calorie calculators if you haven't yet! Good luck
