    Marcus, this is a really cool one. Thanks for your generosity, taking the time to do the workout with us, reminding us to relax the shoulders, breath easy, when to wrist it, when to use fingers, etc. I find it super helpful to learn by example. This is really improving my triples, which will improve my doubles. And I got to learn the Shirley Murphy!!

    Wow! This really takes a lot of control. So difficult! If you ever feel like it, it would be so cool to have one a bit slower. Great rebound!

    Martin Haumann you can change the speed with the gear button (on a cpu) or the 3 dots (phone)

    Great workout, very hard to follow unless I slow it down to 50% or less, it would be really great if you could put sticking notation up too, great vid though
