Hi Shipra, you can explain the flavors, the process, ingredients you use, describe the quality, etc. Also showing your personality and creating a personal brand can help differentiate you and make you stand out from other local bakers.

Hi Cynthia! You can educate your clients through your website, social media, emails - some examples are explaining the quality of your ingredients/where you source them, showing them behind the scenes of your process, emphasizing how unique your offerings are and how you can't get them anywhere else, etc!
Shed more light on harsh tags not very familiar with them
