3 Quick Hotel Recipes Using My Instant Pot

I brought my instant pot to a hotel room in Las Vegas; to help save money. It was a big hit. My family loved the meals. The recipes I cooked were chicken fajitas, spaghetti and meat sauce, BBQ chicken sandwiches, and as a bonus scrambled eggs and bacon. These recipes are quick and easy to make not to mention inexpensive to make.

How does this not trigger the smoke alarm? Especially when cooking that bacon? What do you recommend?

I’m about to have to move into a hotel for at least two weeks due to a flood in my house. I was already there for a few nights and then I was able to come home but now I have to leave again because of renovations.Luckily it is a sweet hotel with kitchens so cooking is not a problem but I am definitely going to bring my pressure cooker! I missed having it on “round one!”

The only problem is with cooking in a hotel in Vegas.....if you wanna use the minibar fridge be prepared to pay a shitload of $ for that privilege my family and I got stung for hundreds of dollars for using the fridge as you get charged EACH time you move an item in fridge. Regardless if you use/drink anything from the minibar. This was a huge shock as we are from uk and didn’t know this. Otherwise cooking in the room is a fab idea 🤓

Z we were kind of dumbfounded on checkout at caesars, there’s no notice to warn people about the surreptitious charges and we explained it was used only for our daughters medicine antibiotics (being sick on holiday in usa isn’t fun) and we got stung for a fine tune of £160 ($190). They didn’t care and said pay up. It definitely left us with a bad taste visiting Vegas from U.K..

Z also it doesn’t matter even if you replace the bottles from the fridge that you moved out or whether you drank anything or used anything or not. As long as it’s been moved it gets added onto your account. So if you moved the whole of the fridge items out every day of your 2 week holiday you could be paying A LOT to say the least!

That doesn't sound right, especially if nothing was posted or mentioned. I would ask anytime I use a hotel just in case from now on.

It's because while the instant pot is coming up to pressure, it's cooking the meat. So by the time the cook time actually starts, it doesn't need a lot of time to cook it, especially since it's chicken breast and chicken breast already cooks quicker than many other meats.
