Is it close to reality that moving up the stakes dropping in win rate is only 1bb ? Or maybe for player who plays solid poker with 5evbb might drop his win rate up to 50% at plo200?

Hard to say tbh. I think with the right table selection and time management you should be able to reduce the loss to a minimum. But yes, moving up in stakes you will generally play against better players, especially the regs get better.
