What grows hair?
✅Commitment
✅Consistency
✅Care (being extremely gentle)
✅Cleansing (solid scalp and hair cleansing regimen)
✅Crops (crops (vegetables), overall diet, ample water
Hair is constantly growing, but must be maintained to thrive. (Cleansing, grooming)
I have used these ingredients to help me achieve waist length hair. In addition, you must keep your hair in protective styles (twists, braids) for long periods of time. (3 - 4 weeks at a time etc) practice gratefulness, positive mindset, excellent diet, proper sleep, consistency, exercise, gentle detangling, no heat at all (my experience), daily oiling of hair ends , deep scalp massage, diy natural mild shampoos and deeply moisturizing diy conditioners, practice mindfulness and lower stress. The results are my own. All results vary. Hair does not grow long overnight. Average hair growth is 6 inches a year. I started my natural hair journey 10 years ago but had many setbacks as it took many years of research and trial and error to find methods/products that worked for me. Of the 10 years, it took me roughly 4 years to achieve waist length hair.
More insight: I’m a non-smoker and do not drink alcoholic beverages, nor do I take any medications.

Thank you for your tips Tia! I used to have really itchy scalp and it was sooo annoying. I ended up thinking it was because my scalp was too greasy/too much sebum production or something close to that. I annoyed me even more when I had the best wash day, and then my scalp would itch the next day. That was an insult to the wonderful wash day I had😫. But anyways, I ended up seeing your video about how you treated your scalp condition and it helped me realize my scalp was itchy because it was dry. I was taking care of my hair consistently but didn't even know my scalp needed attention too. That also helped me understand my plateau. Next to that, my scalp was really really sensitive, I would often get wounds when doing certain styles.m even the simplest. But now I have a routine for my scalp, thanks to your advice. I have a scalp spray (thyme, basil infused, eventually onion) and I oil my scalp once a week. I also wash weekly using ACV rinse and it had made a tremendous difference. I in my use a shampoo every two months. I couldn't be able to say it last year, but it's been a month and a half since shampoo has touched my scalp, and whenever I scratch it I have nothing under my nails. It still sounds crazy to me. But I just wanted to thank you and encourage you te keep doing what you are doing, you are helping us. I really believe you are sent by God because last year I wanted to make a decision with my hair but the Lord said no. Instead He brought you up. Thank you so much for obedience Tia❤

I love your videos. I do this same thing but I don’t grind up the seeds and I don’t use water I use aloe Vera juice and let it sit in the aloe Vera juice for about 24 hours strain and spray on our scalp and then oil our scalp with our hair growth oil. And it works wonders

Thank you, so think about it like this: After you’ve freshly washed and oiled and then air dried your hair. Your hair is no longer wet or damp but it is still moisturized. (In a dry but moisturized state) This way, not only is your hair stretched, but it will no longer tangle or knot up since the state of the hair prevents the coils from knotting up on itself.. I hope I explained it well Please let me know if you have any questions ❤️

Hi 💕 These are all leave ins that you apply to the scalp. These are applied separately, (on different occasions) I’m just showing 3 different recipes. How often you apply depends on your hair and its needs. They can all be applied at least 2x a week though to the scalp. Please do not use if allergic or if you think you are allergic to any of the ingredients

Hey I hope your Friday is going well❤️ You’ll need a broad spectrum preservative such as geogard 221 (there are others you may want to research) Be careful about potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate studies show it can be a carcinogen

How often do you use the spray on your scalp

  • @tialynn1111

    @tialynn1111

    5 ай бұрын

Hi Lanette I’ll use the spray a few times a week. Remember to keep the product refrigerated. This one does not contain a preservative so it is only good for about 4-7 days in the fridge. It’s best to make small batches if you not adding a preservative

Also, how do you manage for oil not to get on your sheets I have two silk bonnets, a lighter one and a thicker one. But overtime there still will be some amount on oil shown on the headspace of my sheet.

I have many porosity on different areas of my head. Low and high porosity. The texture is looser in the front as well vs the back which is more tightly coiled
