I did the egg and potatoes dish and had questioned the 25 minutes stated in the recipe vs 45 minutes in the video. The 45 is the correct answer as I did 25 first and then had to add 20 minutes so the eggs were cooked. Fabulous recipe though - delicious. Thank you very much.

I've been making breakfast casseroles FOREVER in the oven for about the same time , and they get nice and crusty on the top! Make ahead night before , refrigerate, remove to room temp for about 15/20 mins while oven is heating, and bake till bubbly and cheese is crispy!

I have watched several more videos recently, notice I said MORE haha! I must tease you a bit because I LOVE that you do "sound effects" while you cook! My kids do the same now, too, because I do, also LOL! You are ALL ADORABLE and it's SUCH a pleasure to watch the videos, which I suggest to anyone who has an instant pot. I must say, though, that a few months ago I was researching "Bread Pudding" for my husband... it took me a bit to realize that it's mostly called "French Bread Casseroles nowadays - he's 77! I just thought, in case no one has mentioned it before, that you might find that interesting ;-D

And then it just goos up my sponge when cleaning it up and I have to rinse and rinse and rinse it out of the sponge. I can't wait. I ordered 3 of them - Red, Whit and Blue.

I just have to tell you that before I found you and your six sisters I didn't ever cook! I hated it! I couldn't ever follow a recipe correctly and something always got screwed up! I got an instant pot, but the few times I tried using it I messed up and my food didn't cook correctly or completely. So, I gave up on that pretty fast too. THEN... I found you on KZread and you were so easy to follow! The first thing I made was your cheesy chicken and rice and it turned out perfect!!! Once I got confident with several of your instant pot recipes I started looking up recipes on your Six Sisters website! I have now made several of those successfully! Thanks to you, cooking has become a whole new experience for me! I actually enjoy it very much now!! I have made dozens of your recipes and they ALL turn out amazing! (Except steaming veggies... those still come out as mush! Lol!) Since I found you I have tried following a few other people on KZread and nobody is as easy to follow as you! I can't thank you enough for posting so many amazing recipes online! I have Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo cooking as I write this and I can't wait to try it!! Keep doing what you are doing! You and your sisters are so awesome!!! Thank you thank you thank you!!!

I agree. When I make an IP omelet/bake in the morning, I just use the 5/5/5 method. This has inspired me to add a few chopped potatoes or frozen hash browns next go round. I like the bread pudding idea as well, but I will probably let it soak longer to let all the mixture get soaked up and cut the time in half.

Question about IP. I've had mine since Christmas and used it dozens and dozens of time. When I start pressure cooking and absolutely have checked the seal, it releases steam for about 5 minutes while coming up to pressure. Is that normal???

Thank you for your regular and efficient videos! I have learned enough from your channel to feel confident being creative with my new Instant pot Duo Crisp. I am commenting on the egg “Crackums” tool. By cracking an egg onto a sharp surface, it moves small pieces of shell INTO the egg AND also introduces bacteria and contaminants from the outside of the shell into the egg (even if shell fragments hold together). If you watch ANY video or read ANY book from Jacques Pépin, master chef, you will hear him repeat EVERY TIME he uses eggs, that you should NEVER crack an egg on a sharp surface!! Hence, in my opinion, and more importantly top chefs, the « Crackums » is better used as a spoon cradle, and is perhaps an evolutionary error for cracking eggs. Keep up your good work!, thanks
