    I hadn't realized how lazy my tongue had become and I noticed over the weekend how poorly I was stumbling over my words. It makes sense, though--your tongue is a muscle and you have to exercise it like you do other muscle groups for it to perform efficiently. Looking forward to improving my speech! Thank you!

    Sorry I wouldn't know any specifically for this, but I know a lot of accent coaches (usually for actors) really excell in this area. I'm sure there's KZread videos they've made or vocal singing coaches.

    I had a problem with reading and speaking, when I was young. I grow out of it in middle school, but now I am 21 yrs old now and it started coming back during Covid - 19. I was not talking to people or reading during Covid and I think that mess up my speech badly.

    Am I the only one who produces a lot of saliva? I think it's one of the main reasons why I tend to speak with my mouth nearly closed and can't articulate properly. I have to swallow quite often and it inhibits my speech...
