I hadn't realized how lazy my tongue had become and I noticed over the weekend how poorly I was stumbling over my words. It makes sense, though--your tongue is a muscle and you have to exercise it like you do other muscle groups for it to perform efficiently. Looking forward to improving my speech! Thank you!
My drama teacher says I needed to pronounce the lines of my character better. Your channel has honestly saved me
I actually felt some of my mouth muscles getting sore after this video, suggesting I have not been using them!

Sorry I wouldn't know any specifically for this, but I know a lot of accent coaches (usually for actors) really excell in this area. I'm sure there's KZread videos they've made or vocal singing coaches.
Hi Lady Tina, I watched three of your videos and found them really useful for my students. Thanks for the great work!

I had a problem with reading and speaking, when I was young. I grow out of it in middle school, but now I am 21 yrs old now and it started coming back during Covid - 19. I was not talking to people or reading during Covid and I think that mess up my speech badly.
Hope it really helps, been struggling with speech and people keep telling me they can't understand me and as tho im mumbling😅

Am I the only one who produces a lot of saliva? I think it's one of the main reasons why I tend to speak with my mouth nearly closed and can't articulate properly. I have to swallow quite often and it inhibits my speech...
