  Hey there! Your channel is really amazing.! I've had a tracheotomy and I slutter while talking.! Your exercises have really helped me alot.! But can u make a video on tongue exercises for "D, St, Ld" sounds?

  THIS IS THE BEST EXERCISE FOR VERBAL FLUENCY I SWEAR, WE COULD DELETE ALL OTHER VIDEOS ON THIS CONTENT CAUSE THIS IS ENOUGH AND THE CUTTING EDGE OF IT

  Damn so my average was 9 !!! 😢 so I’m sped or something ? I’m actually very smart just introverted, anti-social & shy I talk in my head a lot & sound very intelligent there, but when it’s time to move my tongue… a cat doesn’t grab it it’s like smurfs are in my mouth building a village on top of it. I also have childhood trauma that has caused me to be very soft spoken as well that I’m getting better with, but I also just don’t like loud ppl 😂 so I by default avoid speaking loud 😅 sorry I’m done talking ✌🏼
