And... this is why (after consulting with hundreds of Laundry operators) I am a proponent of giving the W/D/F away. Focus on the laundromat cash, and get a contract attendant with an "operator mindset" not an "employee mindset."!

Red Flag, they said all machines were running 24/7 doing laundry, yet in the video most of the machines are empty, and only a few customers are in the place. And no you can add more revenue streams to a laundromat, especially one that size. You can have a dry cleaning drop off and pick up service, a small cafe for the customers. Vending machines. Arcade games. And if the place does 3 million in a year, why on earth would they need someone to invest a measely 100K? What would be benefit to that? This whole video smells.

Very interesting I think it could be a huge market people are getting lazier and lazier wanting someone else to do everything for them so I think they would be willing to pay for the service I see how many people order DoorDash and are willing to pay the price more expensive than the actual food so I think they would pay for the laundry service also question is do people have the money

They are in the 11th most populous city in the US, not sure this model would work in smaller cities. I see a ton of these companies utilizing technology for this business type. Another thing to think about is commercial accounts. Every hotel and restaurant- big accounts.

Yea the laundromat is nice, not even sure why it’s open to the public with that level of pickup and delivery
