    I had siatica in my right leg for a week. Happened when I came down to hard on my leg finishing a run. Felt like my calf muscle was breaking into pieces. Got adjusted and instant relief. Got adjusted again a few days later and it was gone

    Serious question. If he worked in construction and was very active how often would he need this done. Up to a certain point surgery is the best way to go. If the herniated disk is there it will always be there. This might be ok for the average person but if you are a athlete and your back can only handle half of what you once did you will forever feel robbed of your life until that herniated disk is back to normal.

    What is the cause of the lose of bladder and bowel control? Does it only happen if you have herniated disks or a bad back? Thats crazy that u have to go to the hospital in 24 hours or you have to wear a catheter and bowel bag for the rest if your life.
