I really like the way you layered out the story in this video. Subbing 🎉 Keep up the good work. It is well structured and chronological in a way that makes sense unlike many other videos attempting to explain the story line and creating a jumbled mess. There’s so many things to follow in wow lore that many people get sidetracked by other main stories parallel to the central plot

I try my best to make it solid and with as much backstory as WoW has it can be tough at times trying to make sense of everything they got going on lol, but I try my best to get it all correct to the best of my abilities. I wouldn’t be opposed to doing something in the future by trying to follow the main story of wow in one big video, but that would be a big pain in the butt and a lot of time that I don’t have currently lol

Thanks for making such an amazing and in depth video on WoW lore. I love how this is layed out and it brought up so many memories of playing but also tied up some gaps in my game knowledge. I watch videos like this when I am going to sleep and have often fallen asleep to this. Took about 6 attempts to get through the whole thing (due to falling asleep) but I have finally finished it. Love your work and I hope you keep up the great content.

You should run your audio through a compressor to smooth out your voice and you’d get a huge following, especially if you turn these into sleep stories.

As for your little talk about how Sargeras survived the fel explosion when destroying that prison world at the 58:36. Well, maybe he was just so badass he just tanked it, and with that for some reason i imagine him goin (Well, you know what they say, what doesn't kill you, only makes you stronger) and then shlurps down that Fel energy like one NASTILY Strong and potent Protein shake in one gulp. And to borrow a line from the Hellsing Abridged (LET ME HAVE SOME SIIIIIP!!!) A very random take on the situation to be sure, but it's a thought i found very amusing.

I plan to do both of those in the future, but my next videos will be a mix of Pandaria lore and videos talking about aspects in the War Within like Xal-atath and the Earthen, but after I do Pandaria lore I can do Kul-Tiras lore and the other areas there as well :)

Not really, but I have been looking at making either a video series with more chronological order and what not, but just don't have the time at the moment and still working through the zone lore videos. but i'd probably go with this video first since it covers the beginning of the world and the crafting of it then probably look at the BC zone lore, then the Northrend Lore probably. If you would like characters who were around from the early times then Alleria and Vereesa are good ones to watch since they have been around for many years

Part of the reason things get confusing is because you are going off of chronicles. Chronicles is not what actually happened. It is what the titans said what happened. It’s just their perspective, and in my opinion I believe they wrote that to persuade beings to their cause

A lot of wiki reading plus the chronicles book to confirm what I'm reading plus trying to run various things within the game to see what it says within the game. I use AI to help me re-write the wiki and such, but I read through it and edit it from there and and then try to confirm as much as I can with the books I have and then confirming whether in-game or going through the wiki and seeing If I can find the confirmation for stuff. It is a bit time consuming especially with my work schedule lol

I love this channel mostly because of the voice (or voices? Is it multiple guys or just one guy clipping in additions with different mic settings? anyway…). But I think this channel really, REALLY needs someone to listen to these and send back required pronunciation edits. I honestly don’t know how you can be the slightest amount of interested in the topic and not know how to pronounce the words involved, let alone interested enough to make a KZread channel and put content out with regular addition… I realize some will think mispronunciations are minor, and certainly not worth throwing a fit about, but to some of us it’s almost literally like nail on a chalkboard. For instance, the j in Valarjar is pronounced as a y. To hear it pronounced as ValarJar is really quite … yarring. It’s been enough to make me stop listening at times 😞 However, if the channel needs someone to help fix the problems in either already-published videos, or for future pieces, I would do it for whatever the channel offered as pay; including even for no pay, at first, since the channel is still small. I understand a non-disclosure _might_ be requested, and I would be willing to sign one blanket contract saying I wouldn’t disclose anything about anything related to your channel. You could just add me to credits in the description to the videos I helped on. Good enough for me, for now.

It’s just me, don’t have anyone else work on the videos. As far as the pronouncing of the words I try and find the pronunciations either within the game or wiki but can’t always find them then I’ll just look up “how to pronounce” whatever I need to pronounce and do my best with what I got. As far as the Valajar I swear that’s how he prounouced it within the game so I just said it like that but maybe I misheard him. Sorry my pronouncing can be pants sometimes, I do what I can with what I got, but I ain’t perfect. I’ve sometimes gone back and re-recorded and added in fixed audio if enough people are bugged by it or if I noticed it after the upload or something. In the future I’ll try to research more on the pronunciations of the names and such but I only have so much time to devote to these videos with working full time and only having a few hours a day during the week after work.Thanks for taking the time to check out the video and hopefully you check out the rest of the videos and I hope that the bad pronunciation of the names doesn’t put you off the to the channel entirely but I’d understand if it does.
