3 Helpful Yoga Pose Modifications For Beginners (Side Plank, Plank pose & Chaturanga) - YogaCandi

In this short I will show you how to modify 3 common yoga poses to help them become more accessible for beginners. The poses we will modify are side plank, plank pose and Chaturanga Dandasana. There is no need for any yoga props as these tips will only require knees (Such a simple tool). I do hope these small modifications make a huge impact on your current yoga practice.

    Those are also great modifications for injured people (for example : stress fracture on a foot, so you can't be on your tiptoes)😉
