I'm excited to share 3 meal prep-friendly recipes that are not only super delicious but also incredibly convenient because they don't require reheating. Whether you're a busy student, a working professional, or just someone who appreciates a quick bite without the fuss, these recipes are for you.
In this video, I'll be walking you through how to make:
Cottage Cheese Frittata: This protein-packed frittata is great for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. It'll keep you full for hours.
Shrimp Macaroni Salad: This refreshing shrimp macaroni salad is bursting with flavor. It's a balanced and satisfying meal that keeps me energized throughout the day.
Crispy Tofu Soba Noodle Bowl: This crispy tofu soba noodle bowl is a tasty alternative to takeout, and I can't get enough of the nooch dressing.
Hey! Thanks for watching!
I'm Paula. I'm a former professional cook and overall eating enthusiast.
I started this channel because I love making dinner and I love eating dinner.. but mostly it's because all I've ever wanted in life is to have my own cooking show. When I didn't get a callback after submitting my tape to Food Network in 2003, I put that dream to rest for a while. Until I clued in, I can do it myself on KZread!
I love sharing the tips I've learned from professional kitchens and tidbits from my holistic nutrition education. But mostly I just want to show you get dinner on the table with minimal stress.
My cooking style is simple but flavourful. I cook with a lot of veggies but I'm not vegetarian. For me, a typical dinner is plant-forward, budget-friendly, non-fussy, and really delicious. As a stepmom, I make a lot of family-friendly comfort food, as well as a lot of simple, realistic dinners for one (or two).

I made the pasta salad with rotisserie chicken and it was so good! I’m not usually a pasta salad person but this was different.

Ahh it was dreamy, thank you! I do love it over there. I’m getting better at the language now too! Learning the alphabet has helped a ton. I’m so glad you get inspiration from these! Makes it all worth it 🥰

I made the frittata and it was delicious. Next time I might add some ground browned mild Italian sausage.

Can't quite see these working in my current cooking situation, but will be on the top of the list to try when I get into my new kitchen🙂 Also, make them Dad-friendly, of course! "Shuggle" 🤩

Such a fun video, I love all sorts of meal prep ideas, sometimes I will make a few sides and stash them in the fridge, then just pair them with one thing I cook fresh. Saves me a lot of stress and dishes. I also looove Sarah's Vegan Kitchen, I binge watched her cooking videos all summer long ( see what happens when you take a vacation? :P ) will make that bowl for sure!

That tofu-noodle bowl is going on next week's meal plan. I LOVE your nooch dressing. I regularly share it with people. Although I always give you full credit, friends call it "Nina's dressing." Sorry not sorry! 😉

OK - finally made a version of the pasta salad and it got rave reviews! There was a bit of a race for the leftovers today, but I nabbed them pretty much right after breakfast🤣
