Hey I'm using the robotic vaccum cleaner and a normal one too. I would suggest both are needed and come in handy. For daily cleaning robotic one is best. Whereas the hand held cleaners come handy during the weekly or monthly cleaning

How is customer support for agaro? In amazon there are a lot of negative reviews

not a good experience with agaro. Stopped working within 6 months, used maybe twice or thrice. And worst part, denied repairs under warranty. Now on the lookout for a better vacuum. Eureka Forbes, since I had one for a long time before switching to Agaro

When Dyson came, it was also available only online. There are also many good brands who sell only online. I have lot of appliances from Agaro and till now I haven't faced any issue. If any issue comes you can always contact their customer care.
