    I’ve had this issue nearly my whole life and have seen countless videos in how to correct the issue. This video has been the best yet and the first time I’ve seen scapular circles which is work AMAZING. Thank you guys for the solid content you put out, your listeners greatly appreciate it.

    Question: how many days a week should I be running this protocol with MAPS Anabolic? Can I add it to all my trigger days or should run it a few time a week? I have a major winging imbalance I need to work on.

    I have had this issue since high school. I always thought my shoulders were just messed up or "I wore my backpack with 1-strap for too long, ha." I'm going to try this out and hope it helps. Thanks guys!

    HIGH GUYS BEEN SEING A DOCTOR AND HE TOLD ME I HAVE WINGING,I AM A KETTLEBELL GUY HE TOLD ME NOT TO DO ANY PRESSES OVER THE HEAD AND SNATCHES,PLEASE TELL ME WHAT ARE THE BEST EXCERCISES TO FIX THIS AND STILL BE ABLE TO DO MY OVERHEAD TRAINING,LOVE YOU VEDIOS GUYS YOU ARE THE BEST I HAVE WATCHED LEARNED SO MUCH OF YOU GUYS
