Tim, my first comment on your videos, though I have been enjoying them greatly even though I am in the older age group. Would you be kind enough to let us know the brand/model of the army-style jacket you wear from about 1:22 as an example of 'weekend barbecue wear'? I tend to agree that it would work well, and am interested in that one as it is of a design that even an older bloke such as myself could get away with. Thanks in advance.

Hello! I would recommend a slimmer fit mostly on dress shirts, since you'll be tucking them in your trousers, and you don't want that muffin top. But for more casual shirts like the one I'm wearing in the video, you can definitely get away with a looser fit! I'll probably make a video about that in the future 🙂

Nice! That sounds like fun! I already have my content planned for this month and unfortunately it doesn't involve beach wear, but I can give you some ideas right now. If it's hot where you live (enough to wear only one layer), one of my favourite choices for the top half is a cuban collar shirt (with or without pattern), they're very festive and perfect for a beach party vibe. Chinos or shorts for pants are always a good idea, and for footwear loafers, sneakers, chukkas are all good options. Hope that helps!

So I bring all my jeans to the tailor frankly. The ones I'm wearing in the video are Uniqlo regular fit. My waist is quite small and my thighs quite large in comparison, so I get whatever is the right size for my waist (usually 28) in a regular fit, and then bring them to the tailor to get them hemmed (because I'm short) and usually a slight taper from the knee down.
