I just did shoulders, triceps and biceps. My trips and forearms got a workout as a side effect now I just rest until I feel no more fatigue then work out again. Idk why I'm sharing this but hey its here

I think 2nd workout so hard for people begin,it need strength bicep to hold body,i can do 1 and 3 workout but can do 2nd
Does the hanging reverse crunch hit the upper abs?? Or is this all lower?
