    Is there any one with social anxiety who doesn't feel conversations with people . I just talk with people make eye contact but I still feel fear unconsciously and I can't respond to people confidently and correctly. Some times I stammer and say things in a rushing way. Some times my facial expressions don't match with the thing I say. I consider myself inferior from confident people. I overthink before I say anything, it feels like my brain struggles and takes effort to think what I have to say that's why if someone suddenly say something I cannot reply correctly because I am not ready. My brain always consider others as an stranger no matter how much I talk to them and the time I have been with them. Is there anyone else feels the same?

    Social anxiety can be difficult to navigate. It helps to practice mindfulness. I use the book off amz called 30 Days to Reduce Anxiety by Harper Daniels which has calmed my mind before entering social situations.
