A number folks come to our office with complaints of lateral elbow pain, tingling, and weakness with wrist/finger extension. Oftentimes, a diagnosis of Tennis Elbow (Lateral Epicondylitis) has been given. What’s really going on is a condition known as Radial Tunnel Syndrome. It is caused from the compression/entrapment of the posterior interosseous nerve (Continuation of the Radial Nerve) in the forearm. In this video, Dr Wil demonstrates 3 Easy Nerve Gliding/Flossing Exercises to RELIEVE PRESSURE on this nerve.

May you can have someone demonstrate who actually has tennis elbow. I am not able to do this at all. Severe pain

I am unable to do the movement called the waiter tip . Im 😱 pain like it is pulling and gave unbearable pain. Which i think why my doctor warns about trying new PT exercises without talking about it with them . Im left elbow tendinitis.

Think this is a more advanced stretch. Maybe not best suited when you have severe pain

As a matter of fact (we don't afford safe datamobile unfortunately).sabotage occures throughout network. Any way regarding my desease, here is the posture of several theories that might give us adéquat idea for healing : first since nearly 4 months I started writing on typewriter a matter of 25 pages now 16 left. Then, it happened 4 days ago, when I lifted upp~1m a bottle of 10l full of water (due water problem in the area for the time being) on the spot I didn't felt so much at the omoplate shoulder plate, a couple of hours later on, I used a corean éventail for fresh air on my face, (aircond.banned because nosehemorragy risk). suddenly I felt that my shoulderplate sensitive and moving my hand wristle became ache too. Then the day after I woke with some radiation and pain between hand (sometime fingers) upp to upper neck and sometime to the left shoulderplate. Besides, my relative in pharmaco.recommend magnesium. Dr. Wil Liwanag frankly speaking I convinced by your exercices without any doubt. But it you enhance me to any other act, please don't hesitate in telling me about accordingly.
