Those people are probably the same ones who also need to be asked if they are gender fluid or not lol and if so the next question to ask is are you a cat who demands to go to school and be treated and use a litter box as well? Yes, very true and the school has to make "accommodations" for this non-sense. My personal accommodations/ suggestions would have been to go to see a vet and also asked why would "cats" start attending public schools??? American people please wake up and take a truthful honest stand on your COMMON SENSE, MORALS & STANDARDS! If u don't stand for something you'll fall for anything and this is an obvious example!

I once attempted a water fast. On day 2, I experienced some trembling and fascinating spiritual things as I read and meditated on Jesus. My whole life changed that night. Many great works of miracles God allowed to happen. Faith is all it takes. I didn’t feel hunger even on day 3 but I was told to eat and stop fasting, because I had seen things in the spiritual realm and people didn’t believe me. My life changed forever since believing in Jesus and doing what the Word of God says to do with purity of the heart. Fear the Lord, it’s the beginning of wisdom. He brings knowledge and understanding like never before. God knows everything and everyone. And yet He still loved us so much to send His Son Jesus to save our souls to be with His Holiness in Heaven. Praise God in Jesus who is coming back soon!

I randomly decided to do the 3 day fast. I am overweight, 41, male, dad of 2 and my regular diet consists of home-cooked meals and pretty occasional mcdonalds, pizza, and Chinese food. I normally drink a pre-workout every morning because I kept telling myself that if I didn't, I would get a headache. I literally had ribs and wings on a Sunday night and decided to start the 3 day fast the next morning. it went great! I was hungry but not as hungry as I thought I would be, I was not hungry all day but intermittently, it came and went. I was not as tired as I thought I would be either and I wasn't feeling sluggish like I normally feel. By the second day, I was hungry but feeling in good spirits. Also, I had no headaches... I couldn't believe it, it's all mental. My brain was telling me I had to eat or have caffeine but I really didn't have to do any of it. Because I didn't really plan on it too much, I broke my fast with McDonalds lol I felt miserable. After the fast, I felt like I was eating a bit less and didn't find the same desire to eat. I am now doing the 3-day fast again, about 1 month later but I plan on breaking the fast the right way and hoping I can improve my eating lifestyle moving forward. hope this helps others.

I just completed my 3-day water fast today, and I did pretty good. I incorporated prayer to GOD every 3 hours for mental strength. I wanted to do this. Had no plans of giving up! I can't believe I just went 3 whole days without eating!!!! I am so proud of "ME" for completing the task. Thank GOD! I think the 3rd day was hardest for me. But did not give up. I drank about 2.5 gallons of water over the 3 days. I wanted to consume 3 gallons, but I struggled. It was hard to get the water down. I really need to be drinking a gallon daily. I experienced a feeling of weekness in my thighs and legs today, 3rd day, and I was rather tired day 2 and 3. I ended my fast 6pm this evening. I had chicken broth soup and a small salad for dinner. Felt good to eat. I think I might have lost a pound or two. I will be incorporating this fast into my lifestyle on a monthly basis. Thank you, Dr.

The most benefit and the most awesome results occur in the third day. Push to do it. It doesn’t hurt you and only leads to ultimate health! I’m going to do it once a week starting in January to cure my heart failure. My cardiologist is thrilled that I raised y ejection fraction by 5 % after the first three day fast. Over time, doing intermittent fasting and keto every day, then three day fasts, I’ve lost 30 pounds. My EF went from 30% to 40%in a short time. I know I’ll reverse this heart failure, so don’t stop at two days. The third day is incredible and it’s the best

Thank you Dr. I have done 8 years of water fasts 4 times per year or more... sometimes up to 11 days at a time. I ensure I eat FULL on Keto the week prior so I KNOW I am definately in Ketosis i.e. my body is now definitely eating my fat stores for energy. I drink water with the addition of one heaped tsp of dead sea salt and the juice of one lemon per 1 liter of Council pop (tap water🤣). The 2nd day is usually the 'ohhh,👀 ahhh' day... but there after it is a breeze. By the 4th day I am invincible and never need to eat or wash dishes EVER again....and after a while, suddenly... I know it is time to eat again. We are all unique so LISTEN to your system. The energy and mental clarity gained is INCREDIBLE! I use this to help me through ME/ Fibro/ CFS, for example, it is great to gear myself up prior to a family wedding or a holiday trip. Home made bone broth is my meal of choice when I know it is time to eat again... thereafter scrambled eggs. Listen to YOU though.

❤🎉❤ Thank you so much Dr. I have completed my 3 1/2 day water fast. I have been doing intermittent fasting weekly for over 3 years choosing to eat celery and black raspberries. But I have never done a full water fast after seeing my blood diagnosis last week I decided to do it. I watched your first video and it encouraged me to do the water fast. I did three and a half days and the results are phenomenal. I do notice a hundred percent change in my body with all the things that you said in your video. And the bright eyes on the third day when I woke up everything was so illuminated my eyes were so clear. I can't thank you enough for sharing this information. I want to save anyone's reading the column that it is 100% effective but I see that in a lot of videos people who attempt to fast but have never fasted before say that it's hard. So I wanted everyone to also know that it is very important to follow his instructions. I know that the fact that I've been doing intermittent fasting since the year 2000 it wasn't difficult I only began to feel a little hunger 3 ½ days in, so I broke my water fast. God bless you.

Just completed my first 3 day fast and I am def incorporating this into my lifestyle it was great. I’m excited about the life changing benefits and will definitely be sharing with my family and friends. TIPS: 1. Do it with someone else. Much easier when you have someone else along with you for the challenge 2. Stay full! Drink the water before being hungry. When you do get hungry go do something and it will occupy your mind. The hunger will go away. 3. We are used to just thinking we have to eat at certain times because we are used to doing it. We don’t. Mind over matter! 4. Start the evening before! You will knock almost half your time out for the 1st day by the time you wake up. For instance, I started 8pm on Sunday so then I could be done Wed at 8pm vs waiting until Monday and having to go the whole 3 days and not finishing until the next dayThursday.

🙏 Great info! My 1st water fast was like the flu. I experienced diarrhea, light headache & muscle pain, especially in my lower back. I mostly did little tasks, walked outside & layed around. Hot showers & the heating pad were helpful. My husband’s a NP so he took our blood pressure. He vomited & had diarrhea. We were going to go 7 days but he was having heart palpitations (he’s got an artificial heart valve) I’ve fasted 3x’s & a 4 -5 days water only & he uses the ProLon 5 day fasting nutrition program & he felt great. I had so much energy & felt AMAZING after my fast. It’s SO worth it! Best wishes! Also! Wow! Now I really understand how much time I spend shopping, cooking & eating food!

Thanks Doc! I started my day fast last night after dinner, steak tips with broccoli tops. My yesterday PM GKI was 1.7, ketones 2.7, glucose 82. I essentially don't do carbs or starch. That's the lowest GKI I've ever had.i believe that indicates I was in autophagy then which of course dinner broke. So I'm excited. My longest fast 5 days some years back.

Hahahaaaa love this video thank you Dr.Jin! Welp I may crash and burn because after watching this I just discovered I may be glycemic. I am totally down to ride it out and see how I do. I have changed my diet recently to stay away from the carbs and I’ve been in the gym consistently all year so far. My only concern is the sweets, I definitely still have a sweet tooth and all this week I probably ate in total …. 10 cookies 😩. Homemade ones, vegan ones from the farmers market & a few Oreos. Feeling hopeful too however because I do intermittent fast! I don’t eat past 8pm - 12 noon the following day. That’s 16 hours, giving my digestive system a break so we shall see. Day 1 today, hour 22. Just woke from a 2 hour nap- on my way back to a nap or sleep. I worked out late last night and had some pre workout crack. It really messed me up and I wasnt able to sleep until today around 3-4pm. I slept for 3 hours, still feeling groggy. A little hungry but overall my body is telling me it needs rest still. 3 hrs of sleep will not suffice for a 24 hr day. Anyway thank you again so much for the content!! & your 1 take approach is genius by the way!

I realy think that something else is going on though, because I was feeling quite tired on a daily basis before going into the fast. I am not blaming the fast and I am so adamant not to break it that I actually stayed home on the 2nd day because I felt so weak and was having some heart palpitations. I will go out today though. I might even push the fast into tomorrow. I'll assess how I feel. Perseverance will bring results!!

Thanks for the extra information. One of my biggest questions about 3 day fasting is whether this could be used as a tool to heal the brain from addiction and trauma. I personally have seen great change in my state of mind from intermittent fasting with a keto based diet added on. Sharpness, euphoria, calm, more productive, less incline to act on my addiction. I want to try and do a 2-3 day fast so I could potentially drastically heal my brain tenfold.

A friend is encouraging me to try a 5-day or 7-day fast, consuming only broth and water so I am very keen to hear your thoughts on this. Also how often can one do a 3-day fast annually? I only eat one meal a day.

Hi, Dr. Jin, I successfully finished my three-day water fasting this morning. I only took water, and nothing else during the tasting, exercised all three days in the morning, and did my routine work. I had mild finger tremors, and slight to moderate sleep disturbances, maybe that is because of my sleep cycle change. My blood glucose level went down to 70 -75. This was my first time and I was excited during the fasting and I was tempted to eat food most of the time during the fasting, but I was in control. I broke the fasting with a glass of milk in the morning, and later 65 ml of fermented milk and went back to sleep for a while. After waking up, I took one more 65 ml of fermented milk. I made veg soup for noon and had a bowl full, and later one more bowl after a few hours. Now I'm feeling great, healthy, and doing super fine. Thank you for the advice and all the tips. I listen to your lectures in my free time they are too good and informative. Thank you. Great day. 😊😊😊❤❤❤

Hi, Dr. Jin, I said I was tempted and I had food cravings during the fasting. Will this mean that the autophagy might've not occurred? Or it would have happened? Such as a person fasting for more than 24-48 or more hours will clean up the system in the presence of food cravings? Could you clarify this?

I am currently doing the 3 day water fast and today is the third day 🙌🏽🙌🏽. Today was a little different from yesterday and the day before. I felt depleted at around 9am. I noticed that my legs felt weak like I was going to collapse any given moment, thankfully I didn't and I did a lot of walking today. I also had a mild case of the shakes. I almost gave up because of how my body was feeling. However, it's the evening, knowing that when I wake up in the morning I can break the fast brings comfort. I don't feel as depleted, my legs still feel a little weak and the shakes have gone. Day 1 I drank spring water, day 2 I added salt to the spring water and day 3 sparkling water. How often would you recommend this fast??
