3-DAY STRONG ARMS CHALLENGE FOR KIDS | KIDS EXERCISE

Today's workout for kids is a 3-day arms strengthening exercise. It's a challenge for kids to perform these exercises for 3 days to get stronger arms.
The workout has 3 phases, the first one starts with some warm-up exercises for the arms, the second phase is a mix of cardio and arm exercises to burn more fat, and the third phase is focused only on the arms to strengthen the biceps and triceps muscles. To be more efficient we'll repeat each phase twice. Then invite your little ones to perform this challenging workout so they can have stronger arms in a few days!!!
