Deep breathing twice a day. In the evening, but also in the morning when you wake up. Most people set the alarm, maybe hit the snooze then blast out of bed and rush through the morning routine. Get to bed a half hour earlier, set the alarm but leave yourself about 10 to 15 minutes in the morning to Wake up relax and deep breathe for at least 10 minutes before you get out of bed. 😊😊👍👍🙏🙏

There is reason for deep breathing a certain way. To get the most out of it have to engage the diaphragm slowly. Breathing out through the nose dose not completely expel all the air.. The counting is to regulate and consciously slow down the inhale, even trying to breath in slow, most people still do it too fast. And the slower you breath in the more you engage the diaphragm. SO, breath in through the nose chest should not rise, only diaphragm, counting slowly to 6, first few times thing s will feel tense, just relax, hold count of 2. Then expel the air just as slow, and it should take almost twice as long to empty the lungs completely.
