Sharing today a very special 3 Course Meal that you can do in 30 minutes! This is a special Anniversary dinner that I made for my husband. My husband loves Chinese food and that too the hot one! So this was a very special Chinese Menu.
This 3 Course Meal, my Anniversary Dinner is an expression of my love for him. Just like the love Rajneesh & Poornima share! I am very excited to see their story as in unfolds soon.

Recipe :
Gobi Manchurian
Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Serves: 3-4
Ingredients:
1 medium cauliflower
1 cup flour
| corn fcorn lour
1 tbsp red chili paste
2 tbsp chopped ginger, garlic, green chilies
2 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp spring onion
1 tbsp red chilies paste
1 tbsp green chili sauce
2 tsp soya sauce
Salt to taste
1 tbsp white vinegar
Oil to fry
Method:
Cut cauliflower into bite sized pieces. Blanch for 2 minutes and drain.
Make a thick batter of coating consistency with 1 flour and cornflour, salt, red chili paste & water.
Dip the cauliflower pieces in the batter. & Deep fry till gobi is golden and crisp. Remove from oil.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Add chopped ginger, garlic, green chilies and sauté till golden.
Add all the sauces, salt to taste, pepper powder and mix well. Add 1 cup water and bring to a boil.
Dissolve 1 tsp cornflour in 2 tbsp water and add to the sauce. Cook till the sauce is thickened and glossy. the fried gobi pieces and toss well. Garnish with spring onions & serve.
Manchow Soup
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Servings: 4
Ingredients:
1 cup Boiled Noodles
1 tbsp Corn starch
Oil For Frying
For Soup
2 tbsp Oil
2 tbsp chopped ginger, garlic, green chilies
2 tbsp Onion
2 tbsp Beans
2 tbsp Carrots
4 tbsp Cabbage
2 tsp Soya sauce
1 tsp chili sauce
1 tsp tomato ketchup
2 tsp vinegar
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 tbsp corn starch
Spring onions
Method:
Fry noodles to crisp and remove.
Heat a pan and add oil. Add ginger, garlic and sauté till golden. Add vegetables & sauté on high heat for a minute. Add the sauces, salt & pepper.
Stir for aminute. Add 3 cups water and let it come to a boil. Mix I tbsp of corn starch with ¼ cup water. Add to the soup. Cook till soup thickens. Add fchopped spring onions.
Garnish with fried noodles & serve.
Hot Garlic Noodles
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
1 tbsp Schezwan Paste
200 grams dry Noodles
2 tbsp Oil
2 tbsp Garlic minced
2 tbsp Spring onion
1 tsp Vinegar
Salt
Method:
Boil 8 cups water with 1 tsp salt. Add the noodles. Once cooked, drain immediately, rinse with cold water and toss with 1 tsp oil. Set aside.
Heat remaining oil in a wok and add garlic and stir fry on high for a minute. Add the cooked noodles, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper, stir to combine. Stir fry until the noodles are coated well with the sauce.
Garnish with spring onions and serve hot.
Schezwan Paneer
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
200g Paneer
4 tbsp Schezwan Paste
¼ cup corn flour
½ cup flour
2 tbsp chopped ginger garlic
1 capsicum cut in triangles
1 onion cut in triangles
1 tbsp vinegar
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
2 tbsp Chopped spring onions
1 tsp white sesame seeds
Method:
Cut paneer into cubes. Coat with 2 tbsp schezwan paste, salt to taste. Add the flour and corn flour and toss well. Deep fry in hot oil and remove.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. add the ginger garlic and toss well. Add the vegetables and toss for a minute. Add the sauces and toss well. Season with salt & pepper. Dissolve 1 tbsp corn starch in 1 cup water and add to the pan. As the sauce thickens, add the fried paneer and toss well.
Remove from heat. Garnish with spring onions, sesame seeds & Serve.
