First off I have to say that little clip of your kitties was hilarious. I had my second eye surgery today and having the patch and tape covering so much of that side of my face is annoying. I'm learning a lot from your video's, THANKS! Your consistency chart is a great help. Now a little help to you from this old lady, I keep a small bucket on my work table with water in it, after using a brush, strainer, stir stick, etc. I place it into the bucket . Hope this helps. Jean.

Thank you. I’ve measured and measured without great results and when I use the consistency chart, I get amazing results. My biggest challenges are (1)getting in a hurry and (2)selecting colors.

Tammy, thank you for explaining paint mixing again. The consistency chart is so helpful when you are just starting out. Love it! I loved how you showed the flow of the paint with the hair dryer and then did the rewind. It really shows how the paint should ripple and move on the canvas properly. Also, in the spots that you thought needed more paint or color you just added it and blew it with the hair dryer again.

Very lovely, the mint background is amazing. You sound so much better, I'm happy you're feeling better. The vivid colors are beautiful.

Stunning piece! Thank you Tammy! This video and chart are going to be my life savers. 4 years ago I watched someone else who said she used 1 part soft body paint, 3 parts flowtral, and 1/2 part water if needed. I mixed up about 30 - 8 oz bottles of paint and I got horrible results it was way to thick so all my paintings all cracked, no cells and it didn't flow on the canvas. I then started adding more water trying to get it right, I never thought of adding more flowtral. I gave up and haven't tried again since. But this video gives me hope.

Those colors are so pretty! Your explanation perfectly describes the issue I was having with paint consistency. I was following the recipe of others and my paint consistency didn't work out good. Thanks for another great video, and say hi to your cats from me! Lol 😻

I learned so much in Naples and now more again from this chart. Question for you…. I am having issues with my paint sinking and blurring. I checked my consistency using the drip chart but that doesn’t seem to be the problem. I am wondering if I’m using too much paint on my base? Should I blow it like you do to see if that makes a difference? Or do you have another suggestion? Help!

Is there a way to thicken paint if it’s too runny?

Where was the download for the chart that you could use to test the flow of your paints for a Dutch pour?

I'm so so so discouraged. I've been in a funk for so many months im literally 😪

I’m Australian. Can I use our floetrol as you use American floetrol ?

Tammy I have a question for you does it matter if you use the white cap floetrol or does it need to be the orange cap

No my friend either works. They always had orange caps and then they switched the color to white during covid due to a shortage but I'm seeing them again with orange. Its all the same as long as it's the water based jug and not the oil based metal can ❤️
