Around 2 years back I stopped doing calligraphy..but Becca has been such a great mentor..that within a 6 months..my calligraphy has improved drastically..thanks for the tips for me as a lefty..😌thanks becca and younghae..for this show.😘😘

I have always turned my paper at that angle for regular writing and people think I'm strange for it. I had teachers keep turning my paper straight until they realized I didn't smudge my work when I held it that way. I do have to always turn stuff when someone hands me something to sign or fill out. Glad to have the validation.

I do my lettering with the 45 angle, but my ‘normal’ writing from top to bottom. Definitely going to try my calligraphy with writing top to bottom and see if I find it easier. Thank you for this tutorial. It was so nice to see someone writing normal for me as a lefty😄

Turning the sheet is life changing. Even I'm a righthanded, I like turning 90° . My work looks better though you have to get used to the angle to read the letters. But it works well. I will share this to my lefties friends. ☺️

That video was super super helpful, i actually have my paper upside down or rotated at 180 degrees. It works similar in the way Younghae showed us and the strokes are coming towards my body, it feels a lot more comfortable. Thank you both

I’m right handed and have always used my paper turned 90 plus degrees for calligraphy. I’ve never seen anyone else do it. Nice!

I really enjoyed this video. I am a lefty and have always turned my paper. In fact all through school I turned my paper more and more and many times would turn it upside down to write. I don't write upside down as much as I used to, but, now turn it pretty much the angle Younghae uses. This makes me think that it will definitely help me do my brush calligraphy better by turning it the way I normally write. Thanks so much.

I do have the same paper angle when writing and lettering. Yay!! A video for lefties

I am a lefty and have always angled my paper, writing towards myself, in this manner.

This video was very helpful. I use this angle for my regular writing I will probably try the same while I practice Calligraphy! Thank you so much for this video 😍

Really awesome .. but how to apply our handwriting in day today life. Because my students are asking me to teach on how to use cursive or calligraphy in exams bit faster. if so, they can score a lot of marks. Please do Give me your suggestions madam.
