I've been in front of, I don't know how many judges over the years. With that in mind, here's my advice. It's a game, and you better know how to play it... Rule #1 Never miss a chance to keep your mouth shut...
It's funny how the person who swears to be impartial, and should be concerned with the laws, makes decisions based on how they FEEL about what a person wears.

No matter how he suppose to do his job and consciously he most likely would try to treat you as equal as he can , but dont forget judge is just human , they have emotion, and you dont want to make them subconsciously have bias towards you .

It's more than that. If you're accused of breaking the law and you appear in court wearing an anti-law shirt, that speaks to the likelihood that you are, in fact, a law breaker. The judge may not use it as direct evidence against you, but it leans away from your favor.

Then motion for proper attire...there is a motion to not be tried in jail attire ..
Listening to some of these comments explains why some of you belong in court. Something my drill sergeant said to all of us, was, the nail that sticks up gets pounded back down. The judge in court is the King. You can't outsmart them. #1 realize they can put you in jail for contempt in a second. Stand up straight, don't cross your arms or put you hands in your pockets. Say yes your honor lots of times.

There's plenty of judges that have turned into criminals too. Court is not the fashion show. So I expect for the judge to act in his expertise.
I was representing myself, and a judge said, " A man that represents himself in court has a fool for a client". So after the trial I went down and filed a motion for a new trial and then I made a formal complaint about his bias behavior.

It went nowhere.. You have to PROVE the actual bias, and a Judge aimply quoting an old adage..isn't going to cut it..

@@wecanonlywish9194 the judge didn't say any old adage about the prosecutor... No jokes about the difference between pitbulls and female prosecutors... That being female prosecutors wear lipstick... And Pitt pulls don't.... No what happened is the judge went into early retirement.

Respect is earned not given in my opinion
I used to Live in Lynwood worked for one year at Twin Rivers in Monroe
Is it normal for a Judge to not care that your court appointed attorney didn't submit your evidence and tell you that your lawyer will speak for you to be quiet when asking your lawyer where the evidence is. This is not justice this is not fair. The claim that these judges are impartial and unbiased is complete bs.

Judges, normally do their best to be fair. There are good judges and judges that need improvement. If you have an attorney, the judge will look to the attorney to speak for you. You may need to change attorneys if they are not performing well. Thanks for watching.

Can i ask to see their license to practice law?
I made the first mistakes and yes, the judge got mad
I wasn’t aware I was on trial. So that might not be relevant for me.
Why is there a no contact order in my current civil case? I thought no contact orders were used in criminal cases?

It depends on what type of civil case it is. In Washington State there are protection order civil cases that are all about orders.

If asked in jail you were charged with criminal trespassing....you have a right to lie to another inmate... Never i repeat never divulge to another inmate your specific charges
here's MY Top 3 1. NEVER tell her she should have READ the false affidavits PRIOR to signing my warrant; 2. NEVER tell a judge her EXCESSIVELY HIGH BOND is cruel and unusual punishment; 3. NEVER tell a judge she should not have waited till the LAST POSSIBLE MOMENT ALLOWED BY LAW TO SET MY BOND

When they enforce codes, statutes, policy ect. under color of LAW ! THAT IS EXTORTION!!!!!!!!!!

Consider not moving your hands so much around while addressing a court -- or anyone else.
Are you sure about number 1? My ex cut the judge off and talked out of turn for almost an entire two hours. Oh! Am I the wrong gender. The judge ruled in her favor in family court even after she legit Caught lying under oath in the cross examination. I am in no way smart enough to make this up
