I've been in front of, I don't know how many judges over the years. With that in mind, here's my advice. It's a game, and you better know how to play it... Rule #1 Never miss a chance to keep your mouth shut...

It's funny how the person who swears to be impartial, and should be concerned with the laws, makes decisions based on how they FEEL about what a person wears.

No matter how he suppose to do his job and consciously he most likely would try to treat you as equal as he can , but dont forget judge is just human , they have emotion, and you dont want to make them subconsciously have bias towards you .

It's more than that. If you're accused of breaking the law and you appear in court wearing an anti-law shirt, that speaks to the likelihood that you are, in fact, a law breaker. The judge may not use it as direct evidence against you, but it leans away from your favor.

Listening to some of these comments explains why some of you belong in court. Something my drill sergeant said to all of us, was, the nail that sticks up gets pounded back down. The judge in court is the King. You can't outsmart them. #1 realize they can put you in jail for contempt in a second. Stand up straight, don't cross your arms or put you hands in your pockets. Say yes your honor lots of times.

There's plenty of judges that have turned into criminals too. Court is not the fashion show. So I expect for the judge to act in his expertise.

I was representing myself, and a judge said, " A man that represents himself in court has a fool for a client". So after the trial I went down and filed a motion for a new trial and then I made a formal complaint about his bias behavior.

Is it normal for a Judge to not care that your court appointed attorney didn't submit your evidence and tell you that your lawyer will speak for you to be quiet when asking your lawyer where the evidence is. This is not justice this is not fair. The claim that these judges are impartial and unbiased is complete bs.

  • @TheLanceLawyers

Judges, normally do their best to be fair. There are good judges and judges that need improvement. If you have an attorney, the judge will look to the attorney to speak for you. You may need to change attorneys if they are not performing well. Thanks for watching.
