Well I did all these test except the last one and my left knee flunk all and my right flunk 2. I'm in pain. I want to rip my knee off on my left side along with my inner lower tight and hip.. thank you for sharing these test. I'm crying but grateful

I have knee pain, medial, never locked up while walking. It actually doesn't hurt while walking but to stand in one place for a long period, pain! Standing up, I have to give it a minute to subside. Sitting with legs pulled up and to the side, hurts then is hard to straighten out. I feel like the is unstable but no issues walking or light jog....thoughts?

Thanks for these timely tests. I’ve been having knee pain for the past two days and these tests have helped me rule out a torn meniscus. Moore than likely a soft tissue issue as my son suggested. He is a DPT student doing clinical this summer. What exercises do you suggest to help with this injury? Your videos are great. In my humble opinion of course!!!

I tried the test where you bent your knee and rotate. Good knee fine. Bad leg just standing on it - yikes the pain! Did the other two test, no problem. Went back to the first test and still hurt. BUT after trying it again and again, for some reason, it stopped hurting. In fact my knee feels at least 90% better. Wow

I couldn't make it to my follow up appointment because it is too painful to even attempt to make to the vehicle-- You have any recommendations?

Hi All, i had meniscus surgery 10 weeks ago-bucket handle tear, pretty big tear as doctor told me. I had some complications which forced me to use the crutches for 8 weeks. It was circa 2,5 week after surgery I had this wierd crack from my knee and then few hours later my knee was pretty swollen and the swelling took for a other almost 6 weeks. My doctor told me He will not remove the fluid out of my knee since it wasnt that bad according to his opinion. But what i am trying to say - is it posdible that the rest of my meniscus teared when i had that cracking noise 2,5weeks after surgery? Doctor says it is low chance that meniscus would broke again. But i am kind of conviced that this has happend to me. Need to say that i lost All the Quad muscles and it can lead to this suspicion. BUT i wanted to ask if it is okay to do such test now? My knee is still stiff. Sometimes when i walk i have feeling that the knee wont get Back to its normal position. So i am afraid to change the motion while both legs are on the groung, twist.... I am confused if this is All normal or not. I am 32,i had minisectomy on the other knee 20 years ago and All was Fine within 2 weeks :(. Please advise.

@Tintin Reporter yep, i am seeing doctor Who did the surgery. I have regular check ups. I do not visit general practicioner for this but he is orthopediatricist. He is supposed to be one of the Best doctor in Czech republic, but he usually spends 2minutes with me.... Non the less, i will know more tmrw. The Best would be another MRI check. But think he will not want MRI Just because i want. Physio is planned to start next monday, the physio doctor was busy. So my proper rehabilitatoin(we call it like this) starts on Monday, almost 11 weeks after surgery. Lets see where it wil bring me. Only thing i want is pain free knee+no limping and clibing the mountain again.
