If you want to have a beautiful smile, get smile attractively and bigger smile naturally.
Today we have smile exercises to help you have a beautiful smile and symmetrical smile.
It also gives you a slim face and helps prevent facial sagging.
Cheek muscle exercises stimulate the work of the jaw muscles.
The blood vessels flow better as well.
Let's get started
Exercise 1 : Practice smiling make the corners of the mouth are raised equally.
Prepare 1 chopstick, toothbrush, or pen.
Use your teeth to bite your chopsticks by raising the corners of your mouth.
Try to equalize the corners of your mouth and hold for 30 seconds.
Do this for 3 sets.
Exercise 2 : Practice a wide smile.
Place the chopsticks above the line of the upper lip.
Lift the corners of both mouths up to the chopsticks.
Hold for 30 seconds. Do this for 3 sets.
Exercise 3 : Practice smiling to look natural.
Use your palm to touch your cheek with a finger wrapped around the cheek and the thumb touches the dent in the jawbone.
Pronounce "hee" Drag the sound until the last breath.
In this pose, the cheek muscles are lifted. and squeezing jaw muscles
Pronounce "hoo" Drag the sound until the end of your breath.
In this pose, the cheek muscles will contract and the face will be smaller.
Pronounce "mee" Drag the sound until the end of your breath.
Stretch your lips, lift the corners of your mouth.
Then close your mouth Inhale through the nose. Do this for 3 sets.
When you do it regularly in 1 week, check the results.
You will have a more beautiful smile and the corners of the mouth are naturally raised, make face will look slender as well.

Omg guys, I've been doing this exercise for 5 days and I'm already seeing a huge change, omg I'm so happy my smile was my biggest insecure but not anymore, and guess what....today in school many people and my friends came to me and told me that my smile is so beautiful and that they wanted a smile like me!!! Right down my affirmations every single day 2.having 3 times meal 3. Face exercise regularly (2 times a day) 4. 8 hours of English practice 5. 4 hours on laptop
Wonderful exercise, after doing this for 2 months I started noticing changes and many of my friends started complimenting my smile
My face is so asymmetrical that people looks at me weirdly and this makes me really insecure but I'm trying my best to have a happy life🥺😢

You are not alone. I also have same problem.. That's why I always hesitate during photographs but my main problem is during video shoot I am worst looking. I'm also trying to look symmetrical so that I can click pictures with my loved ones Without any hesitation 😔

bro or sis, I have an horrendous smile and teeths, really ugly xd, still managed to get a lot of friends and a really beautiful woman (she looks like a 10/10 model), so, just train your mind, get really good at your hobbies/profesion, stop worrying about this insignificant stuff, no one care about your smile if you are the most interesting/pro/secure people in the room, everyone, even really beautiful people have a lot of insecurities and doubts, is not all about your looks =)
