This was the first trick I ever learned, I actually used my understanding of it to later learn mills mess, really fun trick to do

Easier way in four steps 1) do a half shower 2) make the lower throw go vertical instead of angled sideways, but still catch and throw with the same hands 3) make the lower throw now go angled backwards instead of vertical, still throwing and catching with the same hands. 4)Make the path of the lower throw line up so it is the same as the higher throw

Hi... Have you already seen doing the windmill going forward (perpendicular to the juggler)? It looks like a cascade of balls falling toward the crowd. You essentially re-create the same type of movement, but the left, middle and right become close to you, half-way away, and full-way away from you (low catch spot). I wonder if this movement has a name.
