I watch a lot of channels that do home tours and I have to say you have an excellent style. Information is clearly presented upfront which puts the whole video in context. Your cameraperson and editor are to be commended as well. There is a flow to the videos that gives you a real sense of the space. Well done!

Agree! Many presenters nowadays don’t even know to dress properly when doing a tour like this. Also when they speak they tend to repeat a lot of “oh my god” 😂 but not so much about the design and knowledge of the properties

I really like the sense of privacy in this apartment. The floor to ceiling windows are tempered by perforated bronze screens on the doors, and voiles on the windows. And the bed itself is in a windowless recess inside the room, so feels private and 'safe' all on its own. Plus the addition of an extra door to separate general use of the toilet from the guest bedroom. Plus the use of a pocket door to close off any mess in the kitchen.

Just a few FYI. The 2 massive lights in the ground floor reception area can be called chandeliers, although the 2nd one is more of a light feature or lighting sculpture than a chandelier. However, the lights inside the flat are ceiling lamps, or pendant lamps, and definitely not chandeliers. Also, the bathrooms have tiling, not cladding. Cladding is what you put on the outside of a building. You could use the verb, not the noun, and say "the bathroom walls are clad in beautiful tiling", but its a bit awkward.

@@chbl.london It's my pleasure :-) In the end I looked this up because it was confusing even me :-) Chandelier comes from French which comes from the Latin candelabrum meaning 'candle holder'. In olden days all you had were candles so to make it brighter you put more candles on branching arms from the light fitting. Only the rich could have them so they would be elegantly made out of gold, brass or black metal. Replace the candles with bulbs or LEDs and you have the modern chandelier. So if the light fitting has multiple branching arms with separate light sources on each, then it is a chandelier. Ideally it should also be a bit 'fancy' as well. It gets a bit confusing when the arms of the chandelier are hidden behind a curtain of crystal glass or something, to make it even more fancy, but the general idea of multiple branching arms each with a light source, remains the same. Phew!

Absolutely gorgeous and wonderfully presented. But the rooms are incredibly small for almost 4Million and there’s not even a vanity table in the master bedroom. If I’d want to spend this money, I would be disappointed with the size. It buys a lot more in any other city in Europe.

It feels like the camera person is more focused on you than the apartment. I couldn’t really tell how the primary bedroom looked until the point when you were walking out and I managed to catch a glimpse of the full room 😭😭😭
