There’s this house in Miami that I think you should do a video on. It’s located at 580 Sabal Palm Road in Miami’s upper Eastside in a private community called Bay Point which is beautiful. It had just been completed and it’s located right near the home you made a video on in the same neighborhood. The master has direct Bayview‘s and it has a gym, a massage room, spa, rooftop terrace, a guest house, a glass elevator, and a four car garage. It also has a boat dock with a good size boat parked. You got to check it out

I love how excited Jason gets when he's showing a property. Maybe even more excited then any potential buyers. But it just says that he really loves his job.

Thank you for your showing if this townhouse. The width size of this property. The entrance is very nice. I like the size of the kitchen and living room area. That kitchen look here is really nice The counter tops blend into each other.. The family room there is nice. You ate right about the view to the dock for your yacht. That is nice having a lunch or dinner in the dinning room and looking outside in the back and you see your yacht docked. So nice. Really nice seeing two sets of the washer & dryer! Nice. The elevator to the top floor is nice. The terrace on top is beautiful. The whole property is simply nice. Again, than you so much.

A little slice of Heaven. And it's great to not see all that brushed aluminum in the kitchen. Fabulous job, Jason.

This is probably the best townhouse I have ever seen. Great video as always. If you want a suggestion I would like to see some videos from the gulf coast.
