That's a really spectacular home. Love that multicolored dance with with laser effects, the outside balconies, several, the spaciousness of that home is awesome. 💖💖💖

I appreciate every home you tour in Sunny Isles, it’s one of my favorite areas in Florida

@@domirosseau403 I didn't pay my property taxes for the last 4 years in Florida and my home was set for auction on the 18th of this month. I went and paid $6,200 in cash and that's the most cash I've ever had in my hands at once that was mine and not for work. On the plus side my home has increased 120% in value.

Hey Jason and Eric. Omg. 8000+sq feet? Only 5 beds 6 1/2 baths? Wow. Yesssss to the view on entry. It’s like a cruise ship 🛳. Yessss to the bar 🍹🍾🥂🥃🍸🍺 and the 🎥 theater 🍕🌭🍔🍟🍿 🥤🍫. Dance floor. Balcony. Nice private first guest bedroom. A dining for 14. Outside dining also. Kitchen sleek but not homey; but nice. Fridge is amazing. Never saw such a large breakfast table but it works. Outdoor nook also. These guest suites are like private wings. Yes to the elevator. Spacious 1/2 bath. So a loft space at the top of the stairs. Jason. Love how private each guest suite is with a terrace. The slanted terrace walls is giving me Jet Li and Jackie Chan vibes. 😂. Primary is sweet. The closet is a NY city apt. All these window walls with retractable shades. Living room in the primary. Sauna. Totally amazing. All this penthouse missed was an outdoor jacuzzi and a pool. Totally amazing. Love the glass and terraces but the use of space was underwhelming. And $8,000+/mo for HOA dues! There better be some primo amenities, although nothing was mentioned. Also, I have to laugh at how many bars and kitchen islands I see with such uncomfortable hard low back stools. And that bar was a let down. Perhaps that’s the fault of the staging? And sorry, but that cramped little dance floor area is kind of a joke. Also, seems like they could have included a home gym.

Jason, you hit my sweet spot with this one. THAT PH is well worth the 10 mil. asking price; 5/6.5 is HUUGE! Every bedroom was sized to perfection. I love when bedrooms have little hidden nooks for office or sitting spaces. My single gripe would be the limited amount of wall space to hang an 85”+ flatscreen; I'm so over attaching a screen to a pedestal🙄. Anyway, the unlimited views are the focal point! Thanks, my man, for another homerun...no pun intended🌚.

I imagine concierge service, building interior pool and exterior, community gym… possible 2. One gym for the penthouses one for lower levels. Community entertainment areas. Business center. Daycare? Parking garage. (Multi level). 24 hour manned Security. The perks are prolly very nice indeed.

That Penthouse is worth every penny. I can't see this home being sold for under 9 million. If this video doesn't help sell the Penthouse nothing will. You two remind me of these to guys who show high end homes, and RV's. The camera guy is Michael and the host I believe he's Middle Eastern. Shame on me for not remembering his name. I can't wait for the next one.

I’d buy the property to rent it out, this one just doesn’t feel like home and I love Florida and Many of the other properties shown feel like home

Horrible layout, how tall is Jason because I think if you are over 6.2 you don't fit under the shower and sealing is low. You did a great job but for 10M I have seen much better ones on the channel
