As you can see, you don't need half of this gear to instantly phase any Uber boss. This build was created solely to showcase the potential of the new Penance Brand of Dissipation. If you're looking for an efficient boss killer, I don't recommend investing that much; it's not worth it. With this type of gear, the damage will never reach its limit, as I can't even apply my curses to the boss before it undergoes an instant phase.

is this build supposed to be oneshot by anything? i followed it and anything insta kills it

Yes, this is not a mapper build by any means, and it's for killing pinnacle bosses only. If you want a strong mapper penance brand build, I recommend you check out the Pathfinder version.

This build is very easy as you your self can go from 1 chaos to many mirrors with the starting build

@@mememeister959 True for a lot of builds. I finished the content with my splitting steel champ and for a while i made do with 50c gear and then 5div. anyways now i'm looking to invest into a second faster endgame character. penance brand builds looks quite tempting so far. would you suggest templar or witch? heck i have even seen people using shadow.

I don't think it would help him much, some servers are laggy by nature, at least I have an NVME SSD and in EU servers it takes me longer than him to load into certain maps sadly
