That is a very beautiful building. If you ever decide to sell the instructions to this building I would buy it.

Those were all in the original set. But it was totally a throwback to my college days

I agree they didn’t have the clear one when the set came out, only the blue ones but I would totally change it now

They really are underrated and offer some great sets that can be modded into "regular" Lego

Man this is so impressive. The original set really dind't inspire much (except for the nice exterior colour scheme) but you really turned it into something

Soooo gorgeous. I love the choices you made for the front facade. As for stairs, I wish Lego would make a spiral staircase element, that would really simplify the stairs conundrum. Another alternative that would work great in this building in particular is an elevator. They take less floorspace than stairs.

Hate that Lego stops making sets. For someone that would like to get into modular buildings but would be starting late, it would (and does) turn them off from even starting because you would have to pay double or more for earlier sets on Amazon or something.... Which causes Lego to lose sales for newer modular buildings.

Yes I think the same.. I was a huge lego fan as a kid, my parents never had money to buy something new... I still have been super happy with my imagination and a few old bricks. 1 year ago I got back to lego... Now in my 40s...😂...with some money... But still not willing to pay a fortune. It's so sad.

Best bet is look around in your clearance isle I got a few of these for 22 each

I've been wanting 2 of these for the same type of project but when I find them on sale the shelf is empty and I dont really wanna pay full retail. As for a similar set you can moc... the friends theater set works perfect with the Muppets minifig series 😁

I've been recently seeing them on shelves, I think this will be retiring soon so you should totally jump on it. I have one theater but haven't built it yet... I might need to get another one of those.
