Building my old daily driven 1994 toyota pickup into a 1 ton rock rock crawler. Still have a handful of things to button up on it, but its finally back on the road.
Жүктеу.....

I have a 2wd 92 I’m trying to make into a rock crawler as well and in order to get the lift on it did you swap out the 2wd for a 4wd Toyota suspension and parts? Or did you get them from other vehicles or after market?

Everything is aftermarket and not bolt on. Various brackets and joints put together to create what you see. They do make kits for simple leaf sprung front end with Toyota mini truck axles.

Why a 3 link when you have a ram? 4 link would be better / stronger.

I agree, and I tried at first but due to Limitations mostly due to engine location I decided on a 3 link. I was in a rush to get it going for snow season and passed on raising engine, trans and tunnel to reduce work load. 3 link is plenty of strong and performs just as well in my opinion.
