Pac focus was trying to send messages to his people....... because had something to say, to build and uplift the have-nots. If he was focused on just being a basic rapper saying some typical everyday bullshit..he wouldn't have had such a big impact and influence worldwide. No other rapper don't come close. Biggie was just another basic rapper with flow but didn't make an impact worldwide. Biggie was hot in New York at the time because that's all that they had at the time. I personally didn't like Biggie rap style never bought any of his music. It's a lot of rappers in NY that I like that sound and flow way better than Big period. 2PAC is in his own lane PERIOD, respect the impact he made.
