Tupac is an exception to this, considering his style inspired many of the current artists, and that songs such as these are still heavily streamed compared to most of the 90’s rappers.

Pac and Big were always compared at the time because of their history, the East vs West thing, etc., but the truth is that Pac was far better than Biggie. Biggie is still a legend and better than anyone else, but Pac is on his own level.

Nobody touches Pac’s realness, he was the ultimate motivation when you’re trying to get inspired. He was legit in a league of his own. I can only imagine the energy in the studio from everyone as Pac was recording this masterpiece.
