*A few corrections:* 1. Angkor Wat (Cambodia) is the largest Hindu Temple in the world with BAPS Swaminarayan Akshardham (New Jersey, USA) as 2nd largest, and Thiru Ranganathaswamy Temple (India) at no. 3 as of 2024. 2. Yamuna is not the sister of lord Krishna. Instead Kalindi is Lord Krishna's fourth wife. Thanks to all that left great comments and corrections ❤

1:20 That was a fake controversy. Some guys who came to do the job wanted to stay in the US. All our families are mixed race and mixed tribe/caste. It had nothing to do with race/tribe/caste.

Mam, the controversies were political , to demean the BAPS & Hindu Society, temple devotees quit their jobs & volunteered to make this magnificent Mandir. After all if some big is going to happen, small hurdles & envious, negative people will always find/cook some examples to demean the whole project. 😊

It is actually Varna system which was more like family led business passed down to generations so the skills and wealth stay in the family Europeans spun it off and said it was some kind of discrimination that people from other caste cannot work a different job so it is some kind of a discrimination actually it wasn't the case they wanted to break off the family entrepreneurship model of India and western education still teaches this narrative that India was somehow backwards, for eg take the stone carvings the artisans were forced to do different jobs so that they could destroy the culture of India British imperialism was the worst

The word caste originated from the European continent and when the European colonizers occupied India, they brought their caste system with them to India and mixed it in our culture so that the people of India were divided into different castes and made them fight with each other so that the people of India could not unite and with the help of this strategy the European colonizers ruled over many provinces of India for a long time. My humble request to you is that whenever you make a video about India or related to India or while talking to any Indian, do not use the word caste because this word may seem offensive to many Indians.

Casta (Spanish: [ˈkasta]) is a term which means "lineage" in Spanish and Portuguese and has historically been used as a racial and social identifier. In the context of the Spanish Empire in the Americas, the term also refers to a 20th-century theoretical framework which postulated that colonial society operated under a hierarchical race-based "caste system". From the outset, colonial Spanish America resulted in widespread intermarriage: unions of Spaniards (españoles), Amerindians (indios), and Africans (negros). Basic mixed-race categories that appeared in official colonial documentation were mestizo, generally offspring of a Spaniard and an Indigenous person; and mulatto, offspring of a Spaniard and an African. A plethora of terms were used for people with mixed Spanish, Amerindian, and African ancestry in 18th-century casta paintings, but they are not known to have been widely used officially or unofficially in the Spanish Empire.

Off Course, there are many people that want to show India and its culture in bad light that create controversies and shove caste into it. Caste itself is a Portuguese word that indicates the invaders are the ones that created these divisions in India based on their divide and rule policy. Anyways, I hope you enjoyed the architecture of this temple; this is only the glimpse of Indian craftsmanship that is almost eradicated by the invaders that ruled India for 1000 - 1200 years.

You started video by saying Negativity about the Temple but it's not proven in court's. People in North America are talking about slavery is Joke of the decade

Only controversy was they had child labour which was political allegation and fell flat and this point of yours about low caste is so absurd. Devotees of Swamy Narayan whatever age bracket they belong volunteered to build the temple. They belong to one single sect.

I appreciate your information. All I mentioned is that there was controversy not that I believe any of it that's why I didn't go into details because it takes researching and talking to the right people to know anything. Thank you for stopping by the channel 💖

I find it ironic about the propaganda they spew :( My brother works in an american company here from india They hire people from india cuz of the gap in wages and labour is cheap. It helps them get the job done at cheaper prices and it helps people here earn more than they would if they did the same exact job locally So it's a win win situation for both the parties.
