Naoki really screwed up. He only cared about himself. It's his fault that his company went under. He really doesn't know how to run a business

The company didn't go under...just barely. The Chairman took back his reins as the president, made his son resign, and had him start all over from the bottom as just another rank-and-file employee, where he has become even lower than the subordinates he used to lord over, and treated like a gopher by said subordinates, who now outrank him in "seniority".

It amazes me how companies miss out on talented employees all because they don't have a piece of paper regarding formal education. Capable people don't always emerge from the standard method.

In America, companies and prestigious schools miss out on talented employees and students because of diversity. They don't care about qualifications or education, just if you have the right skin color to join and promote diversity.

I’m shocked that Naoki’s father didn’t confront his son about the reason why sales performance dwindled under his control. The clients knew what they wanted and Keiichi delivered. Naoki belittled Keiichi because of his academic circumstances without knowing the reason why he dropped out of high school making the company more of a hostile work environment under Naoki. Is it any surprise Keiichi left the second he saw his new boss’s character?

Yes. It was SHOCKING that Kay Itchy Sah Toe resigned as soon as he saw how incompetent the new CEO/President was, and how big of jerk the new company head is!!!!🤯😳😳 FOR ONCE KAY ITCHY HAD A BACKBONE AND WASN'T A DARN DOORMAT!!! 😁👍 Normally he would have stayed and put up with the mental abuse and forced overtime with no pay.🙄😡👎 They should do more stories where Kay Itchy isn't a doormat. If nothing else, it makes him more respectable and likeable. BTW, IF Naoki's father had done HIS job as Chairman, he would have kept an eye on the company sales and performance the moment his son took over daily operations, and called him on the decline in sales and reputation after a month or less, and replaced his incompetent son with someone competent from inside or outside the company, if he didn't resume those duties himself. NOT a YEAR (if the sales chart shown is accurate) after his son took over and it is too late to regain the trust, respect, and reputation the company had before incompetent Junior took over. Junior SHOULD have been fired. NOT just demoted to a "regular" sales position. I am sure there are former clients who will REMAIN former clients for so long as Junior is affiliated with the company in ANY capacity. Considering Junior's reputation, I doubt he will get any appointments with buyers of companies he had dealings with when he was the "boss". I sure wouldn't make an appointment with him. His arrogance, not listening to what is needed and wanted, trying to push his ideas on clients, losing it when they decline... a waste of time to meet with him.

Naoki found arrogance and pride got him....reduced from President to Gopher quickly! Meanwhile, Keiichi, Yui has you hook, line, and sinker! Not bad, really!!❤

So basically, this is less a video about Keiichi Sato, and more about how Naoki sucks at running a business. Like, over half the video was about Naoki, heh. And aside from Keiichi being forced to quit and the company declining because of his absence, he almost has no relevance to the plot for the second half of the video.

I actually expected someone to get to the usual idea of "Let's call Keiichi back to our group!" But nope, we're not getting that. At least there is a happy end for Suzuki and Nakamura. Usually those left behind by Keiichi would suffer unknown bad ends.

Mini extension: At one point, the president heard that all their clients mentioned having a good relationship with Keichi, and that Naoki made him quit. One day, the president visited Keichi's company and apologized for his son's stupidity. He even brought Naoki and forced him to apologize.

Naoki is a prime example of why it’s not always a good idea to passed down a business/company automatically from parent and to child without first making sure that they are able to do the job correctly in the first place…especially since there guarantee that they will be competent at doing it. I think the part at the beginning with Keichi meeting with Yui is to show that it can work sometimes 😅 17:04

Former President/Chairman/"New" President did NOT do HIS job as Chairman after his incompetent son took the President's position when his dad retired andd became Chairman. If he HAD done his job as Chairman, he would have been tracking sales AND company moral - ESPECIALLY after his son became the President. (without question his first position after graduating college/uni with a Bachelor's degree (the lowest possible degree, by the way) in business management. Had the former President done his job, he could have removed his incompetent son as President a LOT sooner - after one month - not the year the sales charts were showing - and either resume the President's duties himself OR appoint a QUALIFIED person President from with-in the company (one of the vice presidents, or Chief Financial Officer, for example) or from outside the company. LONG before his company lost all credibility, and its reputation irrevocably destroyed, forever becoming a laughing stock in the industry. His son got off WAY to easy. Demoted to regular employee?!? Only his over inflated ego and income took a hit. He SHOULD have been FIRED on the spot, AND cut off financially and disowned. As long as he is with the company in ANY position higher than janitor or grounds keeper - who will NEVER have interactions with other companies, the company has LESS THAN ZERO chance of regaining trust, and respect again. HE'LL!!! it is possible if not probable that as long as the boy is affiliated with the company in any way other than "former employee" the company cannot repair the damage he did to the company name and reputation. His "fun" stationary line MIGHT have become quite popular ... WITH ELEMENTARY SCHOOL STUDENTS! Only they MIGHT be interested in such childish products. 😂🤣🤣🤣 He not only failed at sales, he failed at understanding the market. Even ignoring his failures/incapability at managing and inspiring his employees, the company was doomed the moment he was appointed President. The former and now current President would actually be better off business wise to close his old company, and starting a new company with what capable employees he still has (no question more than just Sah Toe quit) than trying to undo the damage his incompetent son did to the company name and reputation. 🙄

I agree with you on that but when someone starts up a hostile work environment for one person, especially if the instigator is the head of the company, there isn’t much an employee can do. The resources the company president would have been more virtually limitless compared to the employee looking to improve working conditions.

Kinda difficult to directly challenge the CEO of the company if they're harassing you. The extreme power dynamics are going to be in the CEO's favor because they own the company. So MC had no choice but to endure it because there wasn't much if anything he could do about it. He could sue for abuse of authority and unlawful termination.... But then what?

Education by itself doesn't mean intelligence by itself, you just need to look at your average career politician to see that, a position gained due to merit will be less disastrous than a position gained due to birth. It's best to have those that are both loyal and smart enough, to just be a smart follower might not guarantee loyalty, to just be loyal might not guarantee that they'll make informed decisions.

One thing is right in this if you are a stationery company you can not try and pitch stationery that no one has ever seen before and not to a business. You can pitch that to store's for school supply's for kids in first grade and kindergarten but not to a business that deals with other major companies Like law and others alike. It's bad for your business and it will go down hill and your business wont stay in business if you try to pitch that to a business that doesn't deal with kids.

Dude had the right idea...but the wrong place to execute it. He brought marketable ideas into the wrong environment, where efficiency is prioritized over aesthetics, like, say...a corporate office. Maybe if those were going to be sold in stationary stores, and were targeted at children, maybe he would've had a chance. Too bad he was an incompetent salesman, and doesn't take his company's target audience into account.

Welp, this just got worse and just from the voice actors here alone. I didn't think the lady's voice was getting worse. I WAS rooting for the new keiichi's voice actor but now, he's getting worse as the days go on. It's like he's not even trying. The way they sync is terrible. Brittney needs to come back! I miss her! And scarily enough, I ACTUALLY MISS HEARING THE OLD KEIICHI'S VOICE. Even though his tone annoys me, it was SOMEWHAT tolerable to listen to while watching any episode that gets thrown my way. The new art style slays but the story felt non-existent here it was more about naoki in a villain pov way. The backgrounds, environment, art style, character designs, effects and the music was the only thing i liked here. The thumbnail art felt like those old episodes here and i miss those art styles up to this day.
