2B11 and 2S12A 120 mm mortar

Rosoboronexport demonstrates another mortar developed and produced in Russia - 2B11 120 mm mortar and 2S12A mortar system. The 2B11 mortar is an example of a 120 mm mortar of a classical design but refined with modern solutions. The weight of the mortar is lower due to new materials, it became more ergonomic and stable due to the improved base plate and safer thanks to a new muzzle assembly that prevents double loading.
To further enhance mobility of the 120 mm mortar it was integrated into an off-road Ural truck chassis with an electric winch that simplifies and speeds up loading/unloading processes.

Рособоронэкспорт представляет 120 мм миномет 2Б11 и минометный комплекс 2С12А. Миномет 2Б11, имея классическую конструкцию, приобрел ряд новых черт. За счет применения новых материалов уменьшен вес миномета, он стал эргономичнее из-за новой формы опорной плиты, а также безопаснее благодаря установке усовершенствованного механизма, предотвращающего двойное заряжание.
Минометный комплекс 2С12А увеличивает мобильность минометных подразделений, упрощает и ускоряет работу расчета по погрузке/выгрузке миномета.

it is easier to sell already mined mortars to Afghans
Vietnam should have the 2B11 & the 82mm 2B14.
I believe in motoriced systems... a small vehicle with a mortar, fast and capable to resist artillery fire... very mobile and agile to siege trenched positions. Where can i send my ideas??

Why don't countries like Russia and US make big mortars like 155mm or 8 inch???

oo for the godforsaken Ukraine, Russia has more accurate, destructive and long-range systems, although they can deliver these weapons to the Donbas, for example.
