Case #2--It'so unfortunate that the mother let the ruse go on all these years, knowing he wasn't the father. It's sad for him and 'his' daughter. I know it won't happen, but there should be a way for him to sue her for all the money he spent raising and supporting her. Tennessee recently passed a law making paternity fraud a criminal act. The other 49 states should follow suit.

Seems like he knew to me cuz she said it was a guy that came to their house when the child was a month old I mean you know that information and didn't leave that seems like he knew I didn't really care Plus he had another daughter with her

I’m confused as to why if a man know they even have the potential to be the father why they wouldn’t do everything in their power to find out if they were the father so someone they potentially created wouldn’t go through life suffering and potentially not getting the love and support they deserve.

@@brajeharris3091 it works both ways! This is why automatic paternity test should be a law. Most don’t know if they sign the birth certificate in some states believing they are the father and find out it’s not there’s they are still legally responsible. My point is purely based on the judges response in most of her videos of why he wasn’t doing something. Too many men get hung out to dry believing the woman was faithful and find out the opposite.

@@TheMilesFamily23 naw i get you. My point is as a man get ya money up and get the test done asap. You got 9 whole months to get that 500$ up. Why would you go years not knowing not taking care of a child that might be yours. Also men need to stop ejaculating in women they don’t want families with. A lot of men want to run around here being equally if not wholly irresponsible in reproduction but want women to fix the problem or be completely responsible for unwanted pregnancies just so they continue doing the same thing without consequence.

1st case- All ego take once the other man got to the stand and spoke on all he does as a MAN to take care of a child whom is wasn’t certain was his. He didn’t have all that mouth when it was him and the mother there. 😂just yapping trying puff his ego and chest. Boy bye. Doubt he doing anything for this son.

People know how to prevent getting pregnant, but tbey don't want to. They like pumping out kid after kid. They won't ever be successful at anything else. You can hand out condoms in the street but you can't make people use them.

If they can make money off of all those videos, then they can go for it. Plus it is their channel and they can do that. To finish, those videos may be new for some people. You have new subscribers every day and they do not go back to look for old videos.
