I never understood or agreed with that. Especially when there is reasonable doubt. So, they want a man to support just in case the baby is his... if the baby turns out not to belong to the man is it expected that the woman will repay what was contributed? I bet the answer is "no".

  • @desree10

I don't like that the judge was giving Mr. Brady such a hard time about not doing anything for the baby. Talking about spending money on the baby "in case" it's his. Shoot, you know you ain't gonna get that money back when it turns out not to be your baby, so why give him all that grief... 😕 Add to all that, there's another man on the birth certificate and Mr. Brady had solid valid doubts.

It gave him 7 days to vacate or we were going to eviction court. He didn't want to go to court, so he was out in those 7 days!! And another thing... he said he worked 3 weeks out of the month out of town doing environmental work and still couldn't contribute to the household! 1st case: Why allow another man to sign birth certificate and then take another man to court? She stated she just wanted a man’s name on birth certificate. Legally, that man is the father. I’m not passing judgement. She’s young and made a mistake. I pray she submits to GOD and find out who the biological father is. ❤

Case 2: I don't like how she is treating the man calling him a manipulator but allows him to play Daddy with your kids while she sleeps around. The way you treat people will be the way you are treated. She's going to get a man that has money that cares noting about being a Father to her kids or being with her.
