Old house, good strong foundation. Quality home. I really like it. Looks like the neighborhood I came from but in Massachusetts. So much character in the older homes. Love that they aren't cookie cutter.

Love how each house have space around it and backyard. In India we are stacked side by side, even bungalows share common wall, and forget about such yards.

The house is OK but didn’t knock me off my feet. That’s a long, narrow back yard. Too bad part couldn’t be used for parking. Didn’t like the neighborhood at all. It has a very suburban look. Don’t understand why Canadians will extensively renovate an interior but leave the old heating system in place with those ugly radiators.

Radiators have many benefits that forced air heating doesn't. 1. When you turn off the system it keeps the house warm longer because the radiators are still hot. 2. Radiators tend to give off hotter heat therefore you don't need to turn up the thermostat as high. 3. They can be used to dry clothes and save on using the dryer for small items

Looked up the price on this exact house. $1.2 million CDN?! Really!? That same house would be barely $700 USD in most states south of the border! And that's NOT accounting for difference in currency. This is overpriced to the hilt...
