Although this particular house is not quite my style I have to give you kudos for for the cohesiveness of the design and the staging is %100 amazing 👏🏼

I thought the opposite. Other than the exterior of the home, I thought there was a lack of cohesion. There seemed to be a lot of different styles going on inside. Different strokes for different folks 🤷🏻‍♀️

Driving by this house over the last several months, I have seen the sign outside change from 'for sale' to 'sold' back to 'for sale' and so on...a few times. I wonder what's wrong with the house

U drove near so u could guess Garage is detached .it is corner lot.it is on cosburne.the luxury shown in video are good to enjoy quietness but this is on noisy cosburn. Frontage is just 27 depth is more than 100 but frontage matters

I don't know why but it reminded me of japanese houses. Although it's an amazing home three are serious problems to consider for me. Garage is at the end of garden,it's weird. Kitchen area is bigger than living room area. Main bathroom is so thight, everything so close to each other. I am in love with master bedroom though. Suitable for crowded families with big kids. Not quite good for toddlers.

What an odd location for a stove. The location of the sink and the stove should be switched around. This is what happens when you just renovate for the sake of increasing housing prices.
