Looks like a great work or picnic table, not so much for bucking. Should be using double rows of Standing 2x4's gaped 1" apart every 16" on center, front to back on the 6' width. This gives you key slots for quick cutting along the length of the table. *Also needs log stops to avoid roll-off incidents.

Thanks! I’ve had zero time to use the grapple or the table. Hopefully we’ll have some good weather this week. And everyone needs a grapple Mike. That’s what Chris in the WY said, “everyone needs a grapple, even if you don’t have a tractor.” 😂. How’d the deer hunting end up?

First of thanks for the shoutout! Yea, the name I chose about 15 years ago, you can just call me "Deutsche" as in "german" - I think I have to change it by now. Second of all, wow that is one massive table! MASSIVE! And with the new toy I believe you are able to clean up the yard in 2022 easily, take care =)

Nice bucking table, i built mine on a old trailer frame so its mobile if i want to move it. I fasten my boards only on the ends like you so they can easily be replaced, 7x14 ft. works great. Nice grapple, great video.

Grapple looks cool, but a simple set of pallet forks will do 90+% of what a grapple will do for a WHOLE lot less money. The only place a grapple beats forks is if you move a lot of brush, the clamp would be handy to grab and hold it. Other than than, stick with forks as I've done for the last 20 years.

@@edsmith4414 I have pallet forks. One of my issues is I get tree service wood…lots of it. All different sizes and shapes all dumped into a pile. I drive into the pile with fork and come out with nothing. This way i can go in, get a grapple full and process it. Pallet forks are definitely handy but this just made sense for me.
